Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the services provided by GizmoCore Systems Limited. Specific engagements are governed by a separate proposal or contract, which takes priority where it differs from these terms.

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

We provide operations assessments, system design and development, devices and infrastructure, training and support. The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or contract agreed with you.

Free operations assessments are offered at our discretion and do not commit either party to further work. The written report we provide is yours to keep and use.

Fees are quoted in your local currency unless agreed otherwise and are set out in the proposal or contract for each engagement. Public sector engagements follow the applicable procurement and payment rules.

You agree to give us timely access to the people, information and premises we reasonably need, and to confirm that any data you share with us may lawfully be shared.

Once the relevant invoices are paid, you own the software, data and documentation we create specifically for you, unless the contract says otherwise. We keep ownership of our general tools, methods and know-how, and grant you the rights you need to use them as part of your system.

We treat information about your organisation as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

We will only name you or describe your project publicly with your written permission. Sample projects on this website are illustrative and are labelled as such.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, unless the contract for that engagement says otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, referred to the courts of Nigeria.
